# Claiming Merkl rewards for Liquid Leverage

As part of Ethena's Liquid Leverage incentive, users who's position fulfilled the Liquid Leverage criteria are eligible to receive Merkl rewards.

These rewards are distributed as Aave USDe tokens (aEthUSDe) and as such, when claimed, they're added to the Aave position, and not to the claimer's token balance.

They can be claimed directly on DeFi Saver:

There are two places where the rewards can be claimed.

First, you'll have the option to claim the "aEthUSDe" rewards directly from the Portfolio page, under the "Claimables" section:

To claim, just click the button on the right-hand side of the token.

The second option would be to either click on your position from the Portfolio page, or to visit the Aave dashboard to open your position.

On the right-hand side menu, you'll want to click on the "Rewards" tab:

This will show all of your available rewards, and allow you to claim them.
