# Lend Protocol

Fluid’s Lend Protocol is a fundamental component and direct access to Fluid’s liquidity that facilitates lending activities, often called *‘Deposit and Earn’*.

Key features on the Lend Protocol include:

* Sustainable yield that allows users to deposit once and reap the benefits of the advancements on the borrowing side, further simplifying the user experience
* The protocol supplies capital to the liquidity layer, which is utilized across the whole ecosystem
* **ERC-4626 Compliant Vaults** are standardized vault contracts that ensure seamless integration with other DeFi protocols
* **Each position is represented as an NFT**

### Migrating

As the positions are represented as NFTs, migration between different wallets and account types has never been easier. \
\
That includes direct migration of positions from EOA to EOA (Externally Owned Accounts) or to a Smart Wallet (SAFE) and vice versa without the need to close or redeposit assets, reducing gas costs and making the whole experience seamless.

{% hint style="info" %}
*Moving your position on a Safe is required to use advanced DeFi Saver features.*

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.defisaver.com/protocols/fluid/lend-protocol.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
