# How to start lending funds and earning interest using Smart Savings?

In order to start lending (supplying) funds and earning interest using Smart Savings, simply open the Smart Savings dashboard and supply your funds to the protocol with the best interest rate.

If the interest rates change and supplying to a different protocol becomes more profitable, you can quickly move your funds to that option in a single transaction.&#x20;
